Village Consulting LLC provides racking solutions to support the Hurst-Green TwinBins™.
At this time, a number of different options are available for TwinBins™ Racks:
A three-piece design, which is fabricated and delivered palletted as three pieces, and is easily assembled into an integral unit, with a single-piece central frame; and
a breakdownable portable design, which is delivered disassembled for smaller shipments (useful for shipping internationally).
We are now providing the capability of different sized racks, supporting from 40 to 100 TwinBins per rack, as well as the "standard" 60-TwinBin rack that is most often used.
With this new design capability, racks can be produced in various sizes for custom line setups. Racks are available in 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90 and 100 bin sizes, with widths ranging from approximately 28 inches to 56 inches.
The base of the Bin Rack is about 24 inches in depth.
The basic rack frame structure is of welded construction, made of one inch square tubing, 0.075 inches in thickness.
4 large, swiveling casters are included on the base of each rack, with 2 of the casters lockable.
Weight capacity per caster is 210 pounds, for a total weight capacity on the rack of over 800 pounds.
Racks can also be supplied without casters, for a fixed-pad type installation.
The Bin Racks may be Powder-coat grey or black, as desired.
The Hurst Green TwinBins are attached to the racks with easy-to-install Quarter-Turn Fasteners, requiring only a metric socket wrench or slot screwdriver to mount the TwinBins to the rack, greatly decreasing assembly / disassembly time.
Optional Placard Holders are available to mount on top of the Bin Racks, providing a
convenient method to display corporate logos or parts / location labelling.
